iPhone 4S to come to world's 2nd largest mobile market, India

Bharti Airtel and Aircel will launch iPhone 4S in India on November 25th. Neither one of them have revealed the pricing of the phone. Apple has started selling unlocked version of iPhone 4S 16 GB for $649 on their US site. Converting that in Indian Rupees I would guess Airtel and Aircel would sell the unlocked version of 16GB iPhone 4S for around INR 35,000. It is still unknown if either one of the mobile operator would offer subsidy if you are willing to sign a contract.

If you are an iPhone fan-boy you can start queuing outside Apple/Airtel/Aircel starting midnight on the 25th.
